Oh Yes! Let our professional Bartenders mix your favorite drinks ... deliciousness and style are guaranteed. In addition to keg and bottled beverages, hand-crafted signature cocktails will delight your guests and make the dance floor come alive.

Based on NC laws, all alcohol must be purchased separately and directly by the host. We'll provide a shopping list, and in many cases can place an order on your behalf. In this way, there is no additional markup on alcohol. Yay!

Nope. Our Tap Trailer Rental package is just equipment rental without a Server. But we do highly (highly!) recommend having a professional Bartender pour drinks for your guests because … you know … underage drinkers, folks over indulging. Trust us, it’s worth it :-)

We can help with that. We have plenty of connections with local craft breweries and retailers in and around the Triangle. You tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll help to find it. Or we can make recommendations based on what you like.

Lil’ Brew Bird loves to stretch her wings and flies all over central North Carolina. Anything outside of 30 miles of Hillsborough and we’ll tag on travel chargers. But don’t worry, it will all be outlined in your custom proposal. Start the process now by requesting a quote!

Lil’ Brew Bird can tap up to four Sixtels (1/6 keg), four Quarter Barrel kegs, or two Half Barrel kegs all at once.

Lil’ Brew Bird can fit into some relatively small spaces because she’s only 15 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 7 1/2 feet tall. All she needs is a hard and flat surface and room for the tow vehicle to move in and out.

Ideally, yes. Lil’ Brew Bird can plug into any standard 15 amp household outlet within 75 ft. A small generator can be provided for an additional fee if needed.

Of course! Lil’ Brew Bird carries general liability insurance for all events, and liquor liability insurance for when you hire us as Bartenders as well. Certificates available upon request.

While NC does not require any type of licensing to serve alcohol, we ensure that all of our Bartenders have completed Responsible Alcohol Server Training from the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.

Generally, if only beer and wine is being served at no charge to your guests over the age of 21 years old at a free event and you have the permission of the owner of the premises to serve alcohol on their premises then it is not necessary to obtain an ABC permit.

The host is responsible for obtaining any required ABC permits or location permits.

A mobile bar trailer is a self-contained bar on wheels towed directly to your event venue. Lil' Brew Bird's vintage tap trailer serves beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages on tap or from a full bar setup — no permanent bar infrastructure needed at your venue. It tends to become one of the most photographed spots at any event.iption

Lil' Brew Bird flies all over Central North Carolina: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Pittsboro, Hillsborough, Wake Forest, Mebane, Graham, Burlington, and Greensboro. Events within 30 miles of Hillsborough have no travel fee. Events beyond that include a travel charge, always outlined clearly in your custom quote

The vintage tap trailer is a full-size towable unit with built-in taps for up to four kegs simultaneously. It needs a hard flat surface and vehicle access. The portable bar is a freestanding setup that fits into tighter indoor or outdoor spaces where the trailer can't go. Both include professional bartending and the same Lil' Brew Bird hospitality.

Absolutely. We regularly serve outdoor weddings, backyard receptions, farm venues, and private properties throughout Central NC. The trailer is fully self-contained, plugs into a standard 15-amp outlet within 75 feet, or can run off a small generator for an additional fee.

Yes! We love this. Options include craft soda on tap, mocktails, infused water, kombucha, cider, and canned soft drinks. Non-alcoholic options are especially popular at family events and weddings with mixed-age guest lists.

As early as possible — especially for weddings and fall and spring events. Popular Saturday dates in the Triangle often book 6–12 months out. A 25% deposit locks in your date. Final payment is due 14–30 days before the event depending on size.

Every full-service package includes both the physical bar setup (either the vintage tap trailer or portable bar) and a professional, trained bartender for the duration of your event.
